Depending on your address, we will bill you the exact amount as billed to us by the South African Post Office or Courier company we choose, for postal delivery to either your post box or physical address.

Currently, we only offer an EFT (electronic funds transfer) facility. While our online shop remains a full e-commerce feature, you will receive an invoice with the full purchase price from the online shop; of which you will need to EFT or deposit the amount into our bank account, details of which will appear on the invoice.

The South African Post Office usually delivers anywhere in South Africa, within 72 hours from receipt of the package(s) to be delivered. 

Our online shop is behind a secure SSL certificate, the same security offered at most big online financial institutions, such as banks or popular online stores as Amazon. Your data is protected and we will never sell or part with it to any 3rd party.

Depending on our stock and production, your order will be dispatched from our factory on the same day as payment is received. 

Yes. Our online shop will send you an invoice once you checkout. We will receive a purchase order which will tie up with your invoice number.
